Small Business Banking Satisfaction: Relationships are key

Despite all the focus on social media and new ways to connect with consumers, this survey demonstrates that it still comes down to customer service. Particularly with banks whose services lack significant differentiation between competitors, maintaining a personal connection is apparently one of the key factors in customer loyalty – “having a person assigned to the relationship ‘who understood their business’ was a primary reason for improved satisfaction.”
