95% of Facebook posts ignored by brands



Find out why brands are recruiting and then ignoring FB fans.

I’m not quite shocked at this stat, not only because I’ve read articles on this topic before, but moreso because, as a FB user, I can see how useless many corporate brand pages are. Most, if not all, of the information can be found on the landing pages and Contact Us pages of their main websites, it’s pure promotional content, no updates, no feedback, etc. I wonder how many companies even reward users for becoming fans of their page.
